Happy Valentine’s Day!

We were feeling the love at Unique LA’s Local Love event this weekend. We even are inspired to do something romantic instead of the usual $5 bowl of pho in the most unromantic restaurant in Temple City.  I’m making Thacker his favorite: fried chicken, mac ‘n’ cheese, stewed tomatoes, green beans (with fatback!!), butter milk biscuits. I’m looking forward to using All Spice Cafe’s jam for the biscuits. After dinner maybe watch Tucker & Dale vs. Evil. Our kind of date night. 

Hope everyone has something fun to do tonight, if not why not do some online shopping? :)

Forever21 has ripped me off. Normally I wouldn’t get this upset, but this design in particular was made for my wife as a gift so it really hurts to see it stolen. If you feel so inclined, let them know via Twitter and Facebook that artists will no longer stand for this nonsense!!!
